Dynamic Stretching





Or moving while you stretch- is a great way to improve your mobility. Stretching through your joints full range of motion prepares an athletes muscles for more intense exercise.


Not only that but dynamic stretching promotes blood flow, helps prevent injury, muscle fatigue, and soreness, as well as helps athletes improve overall performance.


Try these 6 dynamic stretches at the start of dryland or before your in pool practice.


Upper Body Dynamic Stretches – Bent over twist


Upper Body Dynamic Stretches- Arms cross chest


Lower Body Dynamic Stretches – Lunges


Lower Body Dynamic Stretches – Leg swing (side to side)
