Kerry Croswhite, a long-time swim coach in Arizona who died in July due to complications from COVID-19, is set to have the facility he once worked at named in his honor.

Croswhite was diagnosed with COVID-19 in late June and battled the disease for three weeks before passing away.

“Our family is deeply touched that the Chandler pool will be named after Kerry,” Laurie Croswhite told The Republic. “He had always dedicated his life to teaching and coaching. This is a perfect way to honor Kerry’s memory and carry on his legacy he established.”
